Perturbation-Based Balance Training Reduces Falls and Fall Injuries in Older People: Insights on Mechanisms and Training Parameters From a Systematic Review
Shivam would encourage clinicians and researchers with innovative ideas in physiotherapy and healthy aging to consider applying for an IPTOP grant. IPTOP has played a very valuable role in his participation, helping him attend the conference. This led to opportunities related to professional growth, international networking, and sharing ideas with a global community of experts.
As Shivam explained : Participating in the World Fall Congress in Manchester was a wonderful experience. It allowed me to engage with leading researchers and clinicians working in fall prevention and healthy aging, present my work, and learn about emerging approaches in the field. The discussions and connections made during the conference have strengthened my research direction and provided a new outlook.
