The Otago Exercise Programme, was developed and validated by Dr. John Campbell and Dr. Clare Robertson at the University of Otago, Otago, New Zealand (2003). It is an evidence-based, home exercise program, individually tailored to develop strength and balance retraining for the prevention of falls in older adults.
